This Program is ideally suited for seniors living with working relatives, and seniors who are isolated or lonely. The Respite Program is also available for individuals in our Adult Day Program, and for Long Term Care clients.

- Any Vancouver Island Health Authority Community Support Service Program
- Physicians & other Health Professionals
ELIGIBILITY
Participants must qualify for the Long Term Care Program.
Applicants who have not yet been assessed and wish to participate in the Mount Newton Centre Respite Program must register with the Vancouver Island Health Authority. They may be reached by phoning their General Inquiries Health Info line at 250-388-2273.
COST
Eligible participants are funded by the Vancouver Island Health Authority, except for the following:
